We’ve upgraded your van, now we’re here to support you! If you are experiencing any issues with your van or parts installed, let us know. We will work together to get your van back in the shop and back in tip-top shape! Please be sure to include descriptions of the issue and good photos/videos of the problem occurring so we can streamline your support process. If there are more than 3 photos, please email any remaining to your sales representative
If you are in need of support for your electrical system we will need direct photos or screenshots from your batteries and/or other electrical components. Please see below for examples of Lithionics Batteries and Victron Energy images we may need from you to help evaluate potential issues:
Please note, support is only for customers who have had their van in the FVG shop. If you have never been to see us, unfortunately we cannot assist, we offer support on installations that we completed. If you are a Van Parts Warehouse customer having an issue with a part you ordered, please email orders@freedomvango.com for help!
