Departments:
Sales
The sales department is in charge of getting vans into the shop! They reach out to new clients and support them through the entire process until their van has been upgraded. Tasks include reaching out to new contacts, managing current clients, scheduling phone calls or in-person consultations, managing invoices, supporting clients before, during, and after their time at our shop, and more.
Finance
The finance team does it all. As you’d expect, this team manages the money—and much more! Tasks include payroll, balancing the books, paying bills, purchasing products for builds, handling e-commerce and shop necessities, managing monthly and annual taxes, budgeting, and more!
Operations
The jacks of all trades, the operations team ensures everything runs smoothly. Tasks include fielding phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, fulfilling e-commerce orders, handling general organization and parts management, organizing team events, overseeing human resources, and much more.
Marketing
The marketing team makes us look good—from managing our websites to paid advertising and everything in between. Tasks include website management, email campaigns, social media management, ad campaigns, photography and videography, editing, graphic design, copywriting, and more.
Ecommerce
The e-commerce team manages our online store, wholesale program, shopping ads, and more. If it involves someone buying our gear, this team has it covered! Tasks include adding new products to our store, assisting customers, handling shipping and fulfillment, supporting our dealers and expanding the wholesale program, managing Google Shopping campaigns, and more.
Shop
The dream builders! Our shop techs are the ones installing the upgrades our customers want. They’re hands-on and take charge of customer vans once they enter the shop. Installations include suspension, wheels and tires, skid plates, bumpers, electrical upgrades, lights, cabinetry, flooring, interior paneling, solar panels, and more!
