Fast Charge Prep Kit
The next step, after you add more batteries, to harness faster charging in your Ekko is the Fast Charge Prep Kit. With an additional circuit breaker, Victron Energy SmartShunt, & serviceable faceplate, this kit is the foundation you need to expand your power system with more power from your alternator, DC-DC charger, large solar array, and more.
Epoch Battery & Arco Zeus Alternator Upgrade
Replace your factory battery system entirely with up to 4 Epoch 460ah batteries! Get 1840ah of capacity for a relatively low price point. Paired with the Arco Zeus Alternator, this kit gives you the opportunity to expand your power system with components that will increase your charge amount and speed and add smart monitoring and configurations.
DC-DC Converter Kit
Get up to an additional 50a of charging with our DC-DC Converter Kit. This works alongside your factory alternator to elevate the charge by up to 50a. It will also act as a backup system -- if your alternator fails, this will act independently and still give you up to 50a of charge.
Multiplus Upgrade
The main goal of this upgrade is to increase your overall charge speed. The Victron Energy Multiplus charges at 120 amps from shore power and your generator compared to the Xantrex at 80 amps. This means less time running your generator, less propane use, and more peace & quiet. The faster your system charges, the less time you spend worrying about it! You can also run the microwave and AC unit for short periods of time together.
MPPT 100/50
If you are not planning to add more solar panels to your system, you can upgrade your solar controller to the Victron Energy MPPT 100/50. This will increase the charging speed and efficiency of your factory solar set-up with better historical data through the Victron Connect app.
1000w Solar Upgrade
Double your solar with our 1000w upgrade! We remove the factory panels and replace them with 5 200w Rich Solar panels. This kit includes the Victron Energy MPPT 150/85-Tr VE.Can for a massive power generation upgrade!
Roboteos 600 and 1200w Upgrade
Enjoy up to 1200w of solar through the Solotrope system! The Solotrope is a compact hinge-mounted platform that articulates to follow the sun so the panels receive the optimal amount of sunlight to produce even more power than a traditional flat-mounted system. We have seen anywhere from 20-40% increase in daily power generation depending on time of year.
Girard Solar Awning
The Girard GG750 Solar Awning is a new way to add meaningful solar generation to your Ekko! Whether you don't want to clutter your roof, or your roof is already full, this electric and legless 12v awning will give you an extra 840w of solar with the 13'6" option!
Aux. Solar
Opt for an upgraded external solar port that will allow you to connect more stand-alone panels to your Ekko electrical set up! We typically use a Victron 100/30 that supports approx. 450w of solar but can upgrade for more power if needed! Separating the external from the roof solar controller makes a massive increase in power generation.
System Monitoring Upgrade
The cherry on-top of your new Sprinter Ekko electrical system! This kit includes the Victron Energy Cerbo GX MK2, the GX Touch 70, and a handful of VE.Direct cables. This all-encompassing monitoring system will ensure that you have full knowledge of battery percentages, power intake, where your power is going, and more! It will also allow you to control & monitor your system via the internet or Touch 70. This also allows you to centrally view your propane levels, temperatures, and water tanks using Mopeka sensors and Ruuvi tags.
