Ekko Recall
Winnebago Ekkos are currently subject to Winnebago Recall 174 which is related to the alternator and wiring used to recharge the lithium system. You should have already received, or will receive soon, notification from Winnebago Industries.
The recall is an extensive fix and the time needed to fix the recall is dependent on the build date of your Ekko as follows:
-Generations 1 & 2: up to 14 hours
-Generations 3 & 4: up to 12 hours
-Generations 5 & 6: about one hour
We are currently scheduling appointments to preform this recall. Below explains exactly what we need from you so we can get the recall ball rollin. We ask that you please take photos instead of typing in the numbers so we can ensure that there are no typos.
We will need the Serial Number and the VIN. These will be located on the inside of your driver side door. Please use the video for reference so you can easily locate your numbers! Go ahead and snap a photo for us and fill out the form below. Additionally, please type in your current Odometer reading in the space provided and let us know the year of both the Ford Transit and Winnebago Ekko. We will get back to you as soon as possible to continue the recall process!
