Job Title: Retail and E-Commerce Associate
Starting Hourly Rate: $13.50-$16.00 Depending on Experience
Reports To: E-Commerce Manager
Start Date: Immediate
General Job Description:
Manages retail parts store to include inventory management, ensure accurate pricing, and fulfill online orders. Customer service and checkouts!
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers are attended to and supported
- Point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service, shop tours, and problem solving.
- Fulfill online and retail orders from stock or drop ship
- Manage customer communication on orders, updates, eta, etc…
- Coordinate freight shipping, record BOLs, enter freight tracking
Additional Support Roles:
- Purchase orders, data entry, AP, inventory tracking
- Administrative support as needed
