Job Title: Front Office Administrator
Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 Depending on Experience
Reports to: Operations Manager

General Job Description:
Manages front desk including receptionist duties, customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing customer data base.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Triage phone calls and direct to the appropriate department, accurate and detailed phone messages.
Ensure all customers are recorded in SharpSpring
First point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service, shop tours, and problem solving.
Schedule customer/ vendor appointments with shared calendar.
Complete SharpSpring education models, share with front office new tools and processes in SharpSpring.
Manage SharpSpring data, organize, enhance shop use to software’s full potential
Manage intake process, record/ file all customer documents
Assistant event coordinator working closely with Averie (creative marketing director/ event coordinator)
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
Full back-up support role fulfilling online orders, shipping, and coordinating drop shipping.
Assisting with aging unfulfilled orders
Coordinate freight shipping, record BOLs, enter freight tracking
Manage Docu-Sign upfitter agreements
Office supply orders and purchases
Office/ Retail store cleanliness and organization
Manage FVG Dealer accounts
Additional Support Roles
Purchase orders, data entry, AP, inventory tracking
Administrative support. in all areas
